The hot-hitting 29-year-old first baseman put up a .355 average and .375 on-base percentage, piling up 11 hits in 31 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the NL Player of the Week honors. So far this year Bagwell has 45 home runs and a .253 batting average. |
