 | Padgett Tags Cardinals for 5 Hits Tuesday, September 21st, 2010: It was an almost perfect day for Don Padgett today at Seals Stadium. The Rainiers catcher was sensational at the plate with 5 base hits in 5 tries, it just wasn't enough to beat the Oceanside Cardinals. They spoiled his great day with a 4-1 win over Seattle. D. Padgett doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. This season Padgett is batting .354 with 229 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 88 times and has 79 RBI. |
