 | Player of the Week: Maquoketa's Hill Monday, September 20th, 2010: Hill swung a blistering bat last week for Maquoketa, rapping out 9 hits in 25 at-bats against Mustangs opponents to propel himself to the American League Player of the Week Award. Whenever the center fielder hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 39-year-old racked up a .360 batting average with 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Thus far this season Hill has hit .312 with 36 home runs, 100 RBIs and scored 77 times. |
