JIMTOWN - With one out in the top of the 3rd inning, pitcher Barney Pelty doubled to the gap in left-center, and scored the game's only run on a single by Hardy Richardson, as Frank Anderson's GHosts of '69 win their first OTL Championship with a 1-0 victory over Jim Barron's Jimtown Jackhammers.

JIMTOWN - With one out in the bottom of the 10th, Norm Cash hit his second homerun of the game, giving Jimtown a 5-4 victory over the GHosts of '69, and sending the 2005 OTL World Series to a 7th and deciding game tomorrow. Cash hit his first homerun, a 2-run shot, in the first inning, and Fred Tenny's 2-run single in the 2nd gave Jimtown a 4-0 lead after two innings. But the GHosts tied it up with three in the 4th, and one more in the 5th.

SANDY, UT. - The GHosts of '69 scored three runs on four hits in the bottom of the 6th inning, and held on to edge Jimtown 5-4. Earle Combs had two of the GHosts' eleven singles, and drove in two runs. Jake Beckley and Bob Ferguson also had two hits apiece for the GHosts. Fred Tenny, Norm Cash and Jack Glasscock had two hits each for the Jackhammers.

SANDY, UT. - Noodles Hahn pitched a 1-hitter for six innings, Jimtown erupted in the top of the 9th, scoring five runs, and the Jackhammers evened the series with a 6-1 win over the GHosts of '69. In that big Jimtown inning, Tommy Henrich doubled in two runs, and Reggie Jackson hit a 3-run homerun. Bob Johnson homered off Phil Reagan in the 7th inning for the GHosts.

JIMTOWN - The Ghosts of '69 scored three times in the top of the 9th to take a 5-4 lead, but Harry Walker led off the bottom of the 9th with a double, and after Jack Glasscock flew out to left, Harmon Killebrew stroked a 2-run homerun over the fence in rightfield, giving Jimtown a 6-5 victory over the GHOsts. Jud Wilson hit a 2-run homerun in the 8th for the Jackhammers. Bob Ferguson went 3-for-3 with two RBIs, and Rico Carty hit a 2-run homerun for the GHosts in that 3-run 9th inning rally.
