Getting Started at the Golf Connection |

Welcome to The Golf Connection. To play in our Tour events, you will need to go to the Software page, and download the Golf Connection's Round Launcher zip file. Extraction can be to any folder (I extracted to a Misc folder). Run the Setup program, and install the files into any folder you want. This Round Launcher does not have to be in the same folder with your Links game. In fact, I don't even have it in the same partition as my Links game. My game is in the default folder on my C: partition, and the Round Launcher is over on my D: partition, in a folder I named: TGC2005; however, it is recommended that you accept the default folder. Once you have the Round Launcher installed, you can drag the program's .exe file out to your desktop to create a shortcut Icon. Then, you just dbl-click on the desktop icon, and you're off to the startup screen. Click Here for help in sending in your round. |
